Therapy is not a ‘one size fits all’ type of design because everyone brings their own unique perspective and background to the table. I want to sit at your table, explore that perspective, and help you create and reach realistic/attainable goals.

I help clients find and use coping skills that actually work, manage stress, create and improve self care routines, inner child work, relationship troubles, setting boundaries, and managing symptoms of various diagnoses.

I specialize in ADHD, recovery from narcissistic abuse, and inner child work. I also work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, etc. 

I am licensed in Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Florida. I received my MA in Applied Clinical Psychology  from Pennsylvania State University. I have worked at Yale University - School of Medicine as a Clinical Research Counselor and as an Outpatient Mental Health Counselor at a nonprofit organization in Pennsylvania. 

I am currently taking clients (ages 18+) for telehealth therapy.
